inconsistent experience

accusatory approach broken toilet

i was frustrated with the minibar policy. management threatened to send someone to verify i hadn't consumed anything. this accusatory approach felt inappropriate. the toilet was broken upon arrival and remained unusable for the first day. i reported the issue multiple times, but no action was taken initially.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Reception, pool area, security, and restaurant staff were lovely.

The hotel charged a tourism tax, it was an extra expense to consider. I found the light switches confusing. There was no clear labeling and they seemed worn out.
