Entertainment: Lazy river experience for families
“This property strikes me as a balanced blend of upscale luxury and family-focused amenities, right on Palm Jumeirah. The lazy river is a nice touch, setting it apart. The dining options appear to be a strong suit, especially its award-winning Indian restaurant. It may be wise to confirm that the rooms align with expectations, given some reports, but overall, it seems like a solid choice.”

i was frustrated with the minibar policy. management threatened to send someone to verify i hadn't consumed anything. this accusatory approach felt inappropriate. the toilet was broken upon arrival and remained unusable for the first day. i reported the issue multiple times, but no action was taken initially.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Reception, pool area, security, and restaurant staff were lovely.
The hotel charged a tourism tax, it was an extra expense to consider. I found the light switches confusing. There was no clear labeling and they seemed worn out.
